Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your King’s English order.

Changed your mind?

If you are a UK customer and wish to return a standard, non-personalised item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be unworn, unused and in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection of the product.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Once the returned item has been received, we will process the refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Where applicable, the refund will also include the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional amounts paid for premium or expedited delivery are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Wrong size or colour

Please check the size guide and selected colour carefully before ordering.

If you accidentally order the wrong size or colour, the normal change-of-mind returns procedure above applies where you have a legal right to cancel.

Damaged, faulty or incorrectly printed items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or with a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us as soon as possible.

For the quickest resolution, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

your order number
a description of the problem
a clear photograph showing the fault or damage

Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

You may not need to return a damaged or defective item, so please contact us before sending anything back.

Personalised products

Products that have been personalised or made to your individual specifications may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
