Every King’s English product is made to order, so please allow time for your item to be printed before it is dispatched.

Production times

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. During particularly busy periods, production may occasionally take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination, product and shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Please remember that production time and delivery time are separate.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International orders

International delivery may take longer than UK delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country where applicable.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us through the King’s English Contact page and we will investigate it.

Please check that your delivery address is correct when ordering. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in an unsuccessful delivery, additional delivery charges may apply if the item needs to be resent.
